Medallia has appointed Michael Michaloudis as the new regional director for Australia, New Zealand, and ASEAN. Michael will lead Medallia’s business in ANZ & ASEAN, helping to drive growth and meet the increasing demand for customer experience (CX) solutions in the region.

Michael has previously held leadership roles at Alteryx, Salesforce, and Oracle. Nick Martin, Senior Vice President, EMEA & APAC at Medallia, stated, “We are simply thrilled to welcome Michael to the team. His leadership, industry expertise, and passion for delivering customer success align perfectly with our culture. I am confident that he will play a vital role in driving results and expanding our footprint in the region.”

As regional director, Michael will focus on deepening relationships with Medallia’s diverse customer base across industries such as telecommunications, hospitality, retail, and financial services. Additionally, Michael will focus on strengthening Medallia’s partner ecosystem, a key strategy to scale the business and enhance support for both existing and new customers.

Commenting on his appointment, Michael Michaloudis said, “I am incredibly excited to join Medallia at such a pivotal time. With businesses increasingly recognising the importance of customer experience, there is a tremendous opportunity to help brands leverage Medallia’s technology to understand their customers better, deliver exceptional experiences, and stay ahead of the competition.
