Kore.ai has announced a strategic partnership with Melbourne-based AI advisory firm, 8people, to accelerate AI adoption for Australian enterprises.

8people will integrate Kore.ai’s advanced agent platform into its enterprise AI services. This collaboration aims to help organizations streamline operations, boost revenue and efficiency, and deliver personalized customer experiences. A core focus of their joint offering is robust data protection, AI governance, and compliance, underpinned by 8people’s Responsible AI Framework for transparent and ethical AI deployment.

Olivera Tomic, Founder of 8people, stated, “By combining Kore.ai’s global leadership in enterprise-grade conversational and generative AI with 8people’s extensive Australian business and AI experience, we’re set to empower enterprises to unlock AI’s full potential and drive transformation.”

Paul Rilstone, VP ANZ at Kore.ai, added, “Many enterprises are still waiting for real AI returns due to tactical deployment. This partnership emphasizes the need for a holistic AI strategy that considers not just productivity gains, but also the broader environmental, social, and governance impacts.”

The Kore.ai Agent Platform offers a secure, unified framework for building scalable AI agents, designed to transform service and business processes with built-in governance and hundreds of integrations.
