Intuit Mailchimp unveils new suite of tools

Mailchimp recently unveiled a powerful new set of tools and integrations designed to help marketers and small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) better understand and leverage their customer data.

Empowering businesses in an uncertain landscape

Research indicates that “71% of SMBs are concerned with customer acquisition.” Mailchimp’s latest tools aim to address this concern by offering a connected, data-driven solution. This empowers businesses to engage more effectively with customers, boost conversions, drive repeat business, and generate more referrals, ultimately accelerating long-term growth.

    AI-Powered Insights for growth

Built on the Intuit platform, these new tools leverage AI to segment data and surface actionable insights, utilising higher-quality zero-party data. This enhances the insights users can glean and act on, automating tasks to provide “done-for-you experiences” that save businesses time and offer more insights to better run and grow.

Anthony Capano, Regional Director, APAC, of Intuit Mailchimp, commented on the new offerings: “SMBs and SMEs across Australia are facing high operating costs, tighter budgets, and reduced consumer spending. As a result, they’re being forced to do more with less. Our latest innovations are focused on giving them the tools to eliminate complexity and make their customer data work harder. By ensuring that their tools work together to help manage growth. They can now connect advertising, marketing automation and customer insights in one place, ensuring they show up at the right moment, with the right message, every time.”

Over the past year, Mailchimp has focused on updating its marketing product to strengthen its ability to drive revenue for brands, with over 2,000 product updates and enhancements since December 2024. These include improvements like simpler audience segmentation, faster loading times across the app, and a more powerful Marketing Automation Flows feature (formerly Customer Journey Builder).

These latest product features represent the next step in Intuit’s journey to become an end-to-end business platform, integrating the power of Mailchimp and QuickBooks. This enables customers to both run and grow their businesses in one place, connecting tools and data to provide insights and actions that deliver “instant quality in every customer interaction” and ensure continuity across the entire customer journey.
